"We couldn't fault our stay—everything was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient, with Erika being especially friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable base for our visit. When we went to reception to book a table at the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast, Rita greeted us with a cheerful and helpful attitude, adding to the positive experience. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight not to be missed. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious breakfast with many Sicilian treats, and the view of Mount Etna made it truly memorable. Highly recommended!"

"We had two nights here to complete our Sicily holiday. The hotel is expensive but it is summer. The room was spacious but the shower needs a good scrub. The pool was perfect for the hot days but railings and posts need some direct maintenance which is a feature of Sicily but should not be at this price. Location is good as it is not far to walk to the busy old town. Restaurant was very enjoyable. "

"My stay at the Splendid Hotel in Taormina was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the town center and the cable car that takes you down to the sea. It’s the perfect base to explore everything Taormina has to offer. What truly stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a charming, relaxing vibe, and the staff made me feel completely at home. A special mention goes to Mohammed at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or just a friendly conversation, Mohammed was consistently attentive and thoughtful. His hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. "The hotel is an easy 10/10!! The property is gorgeous and conveniently located to the piazza and a hiking trail. The resturaunt is definitely one of the best ones on Mondello strip as well!The pool was lovely and we used it everyday, they also have ocean access too. I stayed for 5 nights and six days with 3 travelers, we were properly accommodated. The staff were very helpful with any needs or questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Sicily! "

The staff are also amizng and helped us book transportation and arranged a beach club day. This location is also close to all shopping and great dinning. The included breakfast was also great. "
