"The hotel was amazing. The downside of it was that the free bus back to the hotel was impossible to get on at the end of the evening. One bus was shared by 5 hotels and hundreds of people were trying to get in. We had to walk back with the baby in the pram.
We also asked for a cot bed prior to arrival. I even asked at the desk at check in and was told that it would easy be in the room. There was no cot bed in the room. We had to go down to reception several times to get them to eventually bring...

"Solid option for a more budget-friendly hotel close to the Disney parks. Cooked breakfast options were not great and the restaurant felt very much like a canteen in the morning. Rooms require more sound proofing with kids running around, however the beds are extremely comfortable and the decor is tasteful whilst still being magical for children. Great that the busses run so regularly throughout the day.
Parking should not be charged. There are other ways to make sure only guests are parking...

"Towels were old ..room was filthy and dust was everywhere .. non of the amenities worked and breakfast was non cooked bacon and runny eggs.. I book under the best western name and will not do that again they advertise spa and sauna they do not have either"
