"The hotel albeit not new is generally very comfortable and the rooms are good size and all the amenities are functioning - only complain is the air con which is noisy and not very efficient. The decor is a bit date and I understand the east wing has already been refurbished so hopefully the west wing where we stayed will be done up soon. Staff is very friendly and have worked there for a long time. And the small pearl is the rooftop bar at the 17 floor which have a tremendous view of the whole of Kuching and the charming Kuching River just below"

"Check in was smooth. Was impress by the hotel lobby. Went to the assigned room and was very impress with it. The room design was similar to Pullman Kuching. Everything fromthe bed, toilet and amenities was good. Overall I was happy and very satisfied with my stay at Pullman Miri. Looking forward to return here again."
