"Excellent hotel, Junior Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location in Vitacura- very safe neighbourhood. A really really good breakfast (better than good - excellent), attentive staff and extensive selection of breakfast foods. The public spaces and bars are quirky (in a nice way) and they mix abosolutely awesome cocktails! The only downside is the Club Lounge - a little lacking in both amenities and service - if you're staying in a room with access to the club lounge do not have...

"The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago."

"The staff greeted us with a warm welcome and good recommendations for nearby restaurants. They also booked us an excellent driver for a day trip to Valparaiso the following day.
The room was a suite and it overlooked the nearby mountains. I would highly recommend the hotel, especially considering the value we received for the money."
