"Great location and staff were lovely.
Lots of cockroaches around and room clean is questionable.
Asked for room to be sprayed because it was full of flies and a couple of cockroaches. Someone came out and did it quickly.
Kept them at bay for less than 15 hours
Asked for the room to be cleaned and floor swept. Unfortunately mess was still there from previous occupants
Kitchen well stocked, towels were not replaced unless asked.
Pool heated but couldn’t see the hot tub anywhere

"This a good hotel specially regarding location and amenities around. The building is nice as well but need more maintenance as it’s very old. Need to improve and do maintenance in the pool and also rooms.
The breakfast it’s not fantastic, very usual and nothing special. The coffee machine is disaster, ( really worth to change it to better one), pastries are very good.
Staff are very nice and helpful as well."

"Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. We (2 adults) arrived tired after an intensive period of working and we left completely rested and relaxed. Thank you for an awesome time at your beautiful hotel."

"We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill.
The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment...

"Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious though a little dated. Location is good- 10 min slow walk to the main strip so close enough to enjoy and far enough away to still have some peace at night. "

"We’ve been staying at the Santa Barbara for many years, and have written about it before. It’s still a lovely place to stay if you want the freedom of an apartment and don’t want to be too close to the main resorts. Whilst the hotel isn’t your normal all-inclusive, the staff are excellent, and the hotel itself is situated right next to a beautiful rugged coastline. The area is quiet, but there are plenty of places to eat and some charming villages, such as Los Abrigos and El Medano. Highly...
