"Very slow check-in due to incompetent staff (and the lack of a proper front desk). Spacious and quiet room, but just OK for the price. No black-out curtains. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Lift does not work. Remote area far from everything. No beach on premises. Bare amenities (just 2 small bars of soap). No hot water."

"Omg!!! The hotel is gorgeous. The staff so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and you MUST BOOK AT THE A LA CART Restaurants!!! I felt like a queen with the attention I received during our dinner. We ate at La Gourmet and Cappricio. You will absolutely love the service, the presentation of the meals. I’m telling you, EVERY THING was just AMAZING. I will definitely go back next year. "
