"The customer service was very good. Our room wasn't quiet the first night but they managed to move is to a better room with no issues. They even texted to follow up ensuring we were pleased. Desk staff were awesome. Room was bright and cheery. Great showers and good beds. Location was perfect. "

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the check in experience to the room itself, every aspect was perfect. I got a room for my elderly parents who were visiting and they loved it. They felt safe, welcomed, and right at home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Exceeded expectations! Will be recommending this for all guests coming to La Jolla. "
