"Our room was small and in a corner with no view, but the hotel was very well located. We had to park our car on the street and then walk to the hotel, since the access is only for pedestrians. Check in was easy and bathroom toiletries included a toothbrush and toothpaste. The plaza mayor is around the corner. It was an affordable hotel for a one night stay. Recommended."

"No proper parking and no luggage assistance — we had to carry heavy bags up about 15 steps. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with only one staff member at check-in. The room on the left has a nice view and is clean, but the strong artificial fragrance made it hard to sleep. No breakfast service, and it’s difficult to find a proper morning meal nearby. Not suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty with stairs or heavy luggage."

"I have to start by saying that this place is a GEM. From the moment you walk in and you feel the five star treatment. The staff will greet you and they will speak your language, either Spanish or English. They are extremely helpful and they assist you planning any tours, event, research and everything to make it a five star treatment. The room is so clean, that you do not want to undo the bed. They clean the room once or twice daily and they leave your random notes and the weather for the next...

"This was a lovely hotel for the price. It had an excellent breakfast. It is right in front of the central market which opens at 8:00am. We sleep with white noise so there was no issue with noise for us. We parked at telepark because we were nervous about driving into the centre but they did say they have parking. "
