"I booked one night at this hotel through Orbitz. I arrived with my 18-month-old baby hoping to make her a bottle and go to bed. They had no rooms because they had overbooked and I had to find accommodations for the night. "I booked this place, when i got there the security was very rude and said everyone hlleft for the day and they weren't expecting anyone. So therefore i was unable to spend the night. I contacted hotels.com and got disconnected and they never reached backed to me. So basically i got scammed. I meet another guest there said the booked using this site and they never got a room either. "
