"W hile the property was not new, it has been well maintained. The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was very good"

"The room was really confortable!"

"Friendly staff, spacious for families and a nice breakfast. Thank you. "

"Good to stay and view from the room "

"Batavia Apartments is close to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, where there are several major shopping areas. On Jalan Benhil, within walking distance of Batavia Apartments, there are several ATMs, restaurants, and convenience shops for snacks and drinks. There are always taxis located outside the Apartments, making transportation very easy from there. The staff are friendly. It's nice to have a spa on site, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage on the day I arrived. The pool area is beautiful."

"Room clean, spacious room, staff is nice and friendly."

"I recommend it for those staying less than a week"

"Had a great stay at Citadines! Friendly staff, and the rooms were perfect!"

"The hotel room and amenities are good in general."

"the location is perfect,, but the room and the furniture are very outdated.. the bathroom condition is below par"

"Very good environment. Friendly and warm welcoming staffs. The only thing that is lacking is no toiletries (No toothbrush and conditioner). The rest of the stay is fantastic and it worths the price."

"Elevator was too slow and bathroom too small. Toilet roll quality was shocking. Need more training to Front Staff / Reception of the 1st Floor one. Need more competency and courtesy manners. "
