"ピカデリーラインのアールズコート駅が最寄りなので、ヒースロー空港からのアクセスがよく駅には大型のエレベーターもあって、重いスーツケースがあってもストレスフリーでした。宿泊した部屋は日当たりがとても良い部屋で、窓が開けられるので朝は気持ちが良かったです。また、毎日清掃が入るので疲れて帰ってきてもいつも気持ちよく過ごせました。キッチンの包丁が5本もありますが、どれも全く切れないので困りました。付属の鍋は２つありますが、蓋と合ったものがないことにも驚きました。全体に、とても良かったのでリピートしたいと思っています "

"This place is very close (walking distance) to the Borough Market and other attractions such as Millennium Bridge, the Globe Theater, St Paul Cathedral. Borough Market area has tons of cool places to eat and hang out. 2 Tube stations near by. Highly recommended!"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Roland Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It was great that we were able to check-in early especially after coming into London in the early morning from an overnight train ride. Great location and close to a subway station with lots of restaurants in walking distance. I only wish that our room had better air conditioning even with a ceiling fan, it was still hot in the room. I would recommemd this hotel."

"Apartment was perfect for family stay- clean, well appointed, 24hr staff onsite. Location was ideal for central/river walk area- Tower Bridge and Tower of London across the street, plenty of dining options, Tower Heights Tube station 1 block away. We had 2bed/2 bath option- was perfect! Highly recommend for family stay. Staff was Awesome as Well- Super Helpful and Provided great recommendations for dining and transportation. Thank you!! "

"The apartment was amazing! Clean, safe, quiet, 1-2 min to the metro and all kinds of the restaurants; 7-10 min walk to St Paul’s cathedral. The staff were amazing, friendly, patient, especially Beatriz from Spain and the lovely Indian young lady ( I forgot her name)! "
