"The communication with the team pre booking and after booking was terrible. I was told on the phone BEFORE booking that the double bed in the large room referred to a 180cm bed. "The layout of the place is great, very chilled and relaxed. Great location and handy for Regent’s Park. Studio was excellent and quiet.
Downsides, when the weather is warm the memory foam bed is very hot but fan supplied. Would be great if breakfast started a bit earlier - say 7:30."

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."
