"We paid for this on Expedia then were charged a breakages deposit at check in on top of what we had paid already. This hasn’t been refunded despite attempts to contact the hotel directly and through Expedia. Reception staff were rude also. Apartments are comfortable and well appointed but our hob was cracked and other damage noted which we took photos of in case deposit was withheld."

"10 out of 10. We stayed in nine hotels in France and Spain on our trip and rated this as one of the best. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The rooms are very spacious and retro. Our room seemed to get cleaned instantly after activating the ‘clean me’ button near the front door. The breakfast was simple, tasty and healthy. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"Beautiful hotel, perfect location, with kind, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely spa. Our city view room experienced quite a lot of noise from the road and early morning hotel deliveries. The experience in an ocean front room is completely different, but comes at a premium at almost double the price. Saint Jean de Luz is a charming town and the Basque coast is beautiful."

"In a great spot with parking on site if booked ahead. The room was small and dominated by the bed. The bathroom was a wet room style and pretty much everything in there did get wet because it was small. Good place to stop for one night, not sure it was a large enough room to stay for significantly longer."

"Rooms was organized but very small. AC good. Night clerk helped by finding extra pillows. Wifi worked in lobby but not in room.plugs were loose so adaptors fell out."

"Logement bien situé au coeur de Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Appartement propre, calme et plutôt bien équipé. La décoration est un peu datée et le couchage sur canapé lit plutôt moyen (le lit s'affaisse). Pour le prix la prestation reste néanmoins tout à fait correcte et le personnel de l'hôtel à été accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."
