"The hotel was clean and staff was great. The front desk should take some new courses on service.
The pool closes early and gym is outdated. Also no guests allowed as well .
Great for a family that goes to bed early on vacation
The connecting rooms are terrible, you can hear everything thru the door and light comes in . Not good for a solo travel or if you want to stay up past 9pm.

"Horrible, the place let me book a room & they are completely closed & remodeling.. no one was there .. no one would answer the phone.. thankfully Expedia helped me out Becauae it was late at night & I had been traveling all day & was exhausted.. So there was no stay , I’m waiting for Expedia to help me get the money back that they charged me fpr staying at there hotel when you can’t even conact them.. Horrible experience with blue palms ,I will never even look to stay there in the foreseeable...

"The hotel has access to the beach and the staff is friendly. However, the hotel is divided in 2 sections one near the beach and the other crossing the street, near the reception. The last ones are very noisy and do not have view. You need to cross, the main street to go to the restaurant and all services. It is not recommendable for people with mobility difficulties if you are in this section of the hotel "

"Zimmer gut und sauber, Personal freundlich. Einfacher Check-in/ check-out. Das Frühstück ist gut und wird auch früh morgens angeboten. Fußweg zum Strand nur 5 Minuten. "
