Also, keep in mind that for any negative rating, there an average of 10 people that are not satisfied, but do not post or comment about the services received for multiple reasons. To start, this establishment is runned by a mother and son, to which the mother has not a friendly services. As soon as I got to the hostal I was greeted by the news...

"Wonderful hotel! Very quiet and pleasant despite being right on the square, and staff were very attentive. Room was clean and pretty, and the courtyard and upper terrace restaurant were so pleasant. We didn't avail ourselves of the amenities including the massage, sauna, etc, but we'll be back."
