"PARENTS WITH CHILDREN BE CAREFUL. We ordered some food(pasta dish) via room service and to our dismay the food had MELTED WOK LINING(metal colour).
We were really disappointed and afraid for the health of our child and the food we had possibly consumed.
Some of the staff are very hospitable and I do appreciate that.
If the kitchen equipment is old then they should replace it.

"The hotel highly mismanaged.Right from check in stage the staff were almost hostile.
