"La struttura ha un ottimo potenziale. Il problema è la gestione, coi titolari che litigano tra loro e il personale, e una cura del cliente davvero scarsa. All'arrivo verso le 15 (check-in indicato su Expedia alle 14), la camera non era pronta, e ci ha ricevuto un'inserviente che con modi sbrigativi ci ha detto di sederci e aspettare nel tendone-ristorante. The Europa is in a very good location of Gabbice Mare for the beach and restaurants I requested a transfer and the communication was very efficient and organised - i was given Giuseppe telephone nunber which helped on my arrival. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and is well organised I highly recommend this hotel, i will not hesitate to choose this hotel again."
