The hotel and views were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The onsite restararant service was poor. Waited for nearly an hour on both evenings. Seemed understaffed. The food was expensive(chicken leg cost 20 Euros??) and did not taste good.

Still bizarre for such quality place: 1- chemicals to kill bugs directly at room entries with many bugs on the ground dead in the mirning. 2 - Grass mowing 24/7 and 3 - Grass sprinkling all night in rural area, what happen to ground water in a very dry area. All saying ecology is not their forte!!!

Posto magico e immerso nel verde delle colline marchigiane. Struttura tipo borgo diffuso, curatissima, con personale cortese e veloce, cena a km zero squisita. Ci torneremo senz’altro.

Room was a bit in a need of maintenance and not well cleaned. The reception staff were a bit slow and not very accommodating. All messages sent in advance of arrival were withered replied with delays or not at all. Our check-out was set for 11:00h but the receptionist insisted we should be leaving by 10:30h as there was a private hire on that day. I have showed her the check out details on my booking but all I got as a reply was “Yeah we need to update the check out time to 10:30h on the platform.” For people willing to sleep in and catch the last half an hour of the breakfast there is not much choose left and staff are not really good at replenishing the items that were finished by the earlier guests. There was no eggs, no bacon, not much juice and so many other things missing. Do not disturb settings on the door screen was ignored and staff entered the room whilst we were in to ask if they can tidy up the room. Air conditioning system not really sufficient for 35 degrees heat and super loud if you leave it on at night when you sleep even on the lowest setting. Overall I don’t think I will be staying with the Tenuta again.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte in questo resort situato in una splendida tenuta vicino Urbino. Camere spaziose, molto pulite e ben arredate. Letti molto comodi. Colazione di qualità con tanta scelta. Molto bene anche il ristorante dell'hotel. Personale molto cortese.

Beautiful grounds. Superb restaurant. Vineyard had an excellent selection of wines for summer drinking. Staff was very friendly. Swimming pool was a little small for weekend guests. Room was a little small and as a result under furnished. Bathroom also had limited space. A very pleasant and relaxing three nights. I will be returning many times.

Mixed reviews. In short it’s ok but it’s not a 4* hotel. More three stars. Staff were very helpful and kind. Grounds are immaculate and make for stunning surroundings. This place has enormous potential but just needs to up its game. We were kindly upgraded but our room smelt of stale smoke. I assume it hadn’t been redecorates since the smoking ban and we could hear ABSOLUTELY everything from the room next door which they Explain is as a result of keeping the historic elements of the building. There were cobwebs in the corner of our bathroom too which rightly or wrongly makes you question how clean everything else is. The pool does not look like the photographs, it is very small for such a large hotel and meant that you are very close to people once there are more than five or so people there. They also charge €2 for a towel at the pool The restaurant is in an amazing setting and worth a visit. We visited Urbino twice and it was well located and staff were very helpful with tips for parking.

Heerlijk resort!

Prachtig, zeer mooi verzorgd resort. Niet heel specifiek op kinderen gericht maar wel prima. Fijn zwembad, goede bedjes, mooie wellness en een fantastisch ontbijt. Omgeving prachtig, Urbino klein half uurtje rijden, Pesaro 45 minuten. Heerlijke vakantie gehad.
