"I arrived on time for my check-in, but to my surprise, I was treated very poorly by the front desk staff. While trying to resolve the issue through the Hotels.com chat, I discovered that my reservation had been mistakenly cancelled—without any prior notice or communication from the property. I was left with no assistance from the hotel, and shortly after leaving, I was involved in a car accident. Thankfully, Hotels.com provided excellent support throughout the situation. My advice: do not book...

"We stayed in the "family suite", which consists of 2 bd and 2ba. It was perfect for me and my mother during our stay in Recife. Close to beach and the Boa Viagem fair, which is fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were attentive and helpful. I would stay here again in a second."

"It was an excellent stay. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. Enjoyed the free Netflix! Everything is new except the pots and pans. It’s next door to a supermarket and not too far from the beach or tourist area. My only complaint was that the bed was too hard. Other than that, I highly recommend "

"We travelled from New Jersey to Botucatu to Sao Paulo then finally to beautiful amazing Recife. An amazing experience, beautiful hotel, loving people, from the first day we checked in to the last day. They even put away our bags after we checked out for us to spend more time at the beach then provided towels and let us shower by the pool. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. If you want a night life action you just have to take a Uber which they are super friendly. "
