"Arrived at the Usual for another few days as the family live very close by and this hotel is very convenient but the room was extremely cold. The outside temperature was 16 degrees and the air conditioning was on in my room and the fan was blowing out very cold air. Hardly the weather for air conditioning to be on. I spoke to reception and was told that the temperature was set the same for all the rooms and she would turn off the fan. However the room the next day the room was too cold. I am 83...

"The accommodation is featured within a ship cabin room with modern comforts. The room that I stayed was big, suitable for two guests. The hotel provides shuttle van to Rijnhaven metro station, only learnt that on third day though. Overall a pleasant and memorable stay!"

"The inside is well-kept and stylish. Especially the lobby, including its seating and dinning areas, are large and inviting. The room's Ikea furniture is incredibly practical and well thought-through, like the Bluetooth ceiling speakers. The Sauna and workout room on the fifth floor offered a nice view and spacious relaxation/fitness space."

"This would be a great 3 Star hotel! But it's meant to be 4 star and falls short! Very basic rooms, very noisy rooms, the noise of the bedroom doors closing is very loud! And the interconnecting room I was in I could hear everything from the room next door! Staff were very helpful though and the cloths steamer in the room was a nice touch! Very clean though throughout, bed very comfortable pillows not great though! The pool etc are in the hotel next door and are chargeable which was annoying and...
