"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

Coffee machine in the room was great. Lobby has coffee in the morning, water all day, or can refill from gym. Checked out sauna, it was nice. "The accommodation is featured within a ship cabin room with modern comforts. The room that I stayed was big, suitable for two guests. The hotel provides shuttle van to Rijnhaven metro station, only learnt that on third day though. Overall a pleasant and memorable stay!"

"Two people at the reception lied to my face. Because of this, I had to pay 20 euros I could have saved if it wasn't for this lack of communication. When spoken to the other receptionists and even the manager, they didn't care. They were laughing and only cared about getting 20 lousy euros. This costs a client and potential new clients. Specially if you demonstrate you only care about money and not clients. Makes no sense. Awful customer experience, I'll never return."

"The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The pod was very comfortable and it even had a bluetooth sound if you want to hear music. We also liked the lockers (free of charge), since it helped a lot that we didn't have to carry our luggage around in Rotterdam. "Bathroom : Very Strange style. No curtains and floor get wet near the stupid glass door with an opening. You seat in the toilet and the door glass make you feel uncomfortable.
