"Clean, modern student residence with spacious common area off lobby, clean rooms and full breakfast in the morning. Great value for downtown Mtl. "

"Le Nouvel is a great area to stay — walkable to downtown, Old Town, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. Check in and out were easy and staff are so nice especially Luis, who was incredibly helpful during our check-out. The rain shower in the room was an added pleasure, and overall, our stay was excellent."

"Very nice place. The room and bathroom were clean and attractive. Bed was comfortable. You can walk to several decent restaurants. The Metro is an easy 5 minute walk away. We didn’t use the outdoor pool but it looked nice. "
