"The extra mile when I informed Fleur that it was cold in the room. She changed my room and brought a electrical heater. Shana did also a very good job and took care of a late check out. My compliments to Anushka to comfort me with double expresso coffee. Marina took care of my lugage. Due the low temperature and snow during last week in The Netherlands i I must say the staff did an excellent job. Lina was so kind. Thanks to Tony in assisting me to carry out my luggage into the taxi. Room was clean. "

"Clean room very good staff especially the reception staff. The only little thing was that the room had 2 single beds put together rather than a double bed. "

"Good location. Generic but comfortable rooms. Not much atmosphere but then I was out most of the time. Disappointing WiFi strength. 5 visits to date and I will return as it's ideal for my needs "
