"The staff were welcoming and the area is lovely, with lots of deer around and a cat that lives on the property. Unfortunately the room smelled damp/musty, there were stains on the walls, and we found several bugs in the bathroom (ants/spiders), which had very limited amenities. There was also not a very high sense of security - all rooms are on the ground floor and only lock with a door-handle lock. We honoured the cancellation policy and paid for one night, but did not stay."

"Room was perfect and clean. Cleaning staff for our room was extremely pleasant and friendly both days and asked if we needed anything even when we asked for no service. The continental breakfast was great and enough selection to please. Coffee was perfect. The kitchen clean up crew was extremely loud while resorting dishes when it came to bring back the dirty dishes from the carts especially because the carts were right beside us. A little more courtesy would have been appreciated and perhaps...
