"The hotel is right next to the Zaandam train station and only 2 stops away from Amsterdam Central. If you are looking for a clean hotel, right next to shopping and dining and outside the busy city nights, this place is great. There is a shopping strip right near the hotel, with bars and dining options a 5 minute walk away. They have bicycles for use and getting back and forth from Amsterdam was a 11 minute train ride. "Spent 3 nights here for the Historic Grand Prix. Great locaiton (7mins walk to the entrance). Had a seaside room with a balcony. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, beakfast is amazing. One thing to note is tjlhat you can't smoke on the balcony. We specifically booked a balcony room so we could smoke but was told you can't. "The front desk lady was amazing, but the service at the restaurant is awful. Server are super rude and not polite. Also the menu is very poor, just a few plates and divided in lunch or dinner, so if you go like at 3:30 pm and want to eat a Bolognese pasta you can’t because they only have that plate available at dinner time."
