"Das Hotel war in Ordnung, die Lage top, ganz nah am Stand. Das Zimmer war klein, aber ok, leider extrem hellhörig, so dass man in der Nacht oft geweckt wurde. Das Frühstück war an sich ausreichend (ich als Veganerin hatte eine Sorte Brot, Margarine, Tomate und Gurke, Marmelade und Sojajoghurt), aber das Obst war zum Teil nicht mehr gut (Trauben waren verschimmelt, Obstsalat hat sehr alt und angegammelt geschmeckt) und meine Schwester meinte, auch Käse und Wurst haben verdorben geschmeckt. "We had a great stay. Beautiful little house with great terrace. Also plenty to do for kids onsite. The indoor playground in the cafe is great for a rainyday.All staff were lovely, especially thanks to the lovely girls at the reception! Will definitely come back again."

"Wir hatten schöne Tage in der Unterkunft, aber der erste Eindruck mit den 2 Pflegebetten in den Doppelzimmern musste erstmal „verdaut“ werden. Hier sollte in der Zimmerbeschreibung näher darauf eingegangen werden. Ansonsten war alles gut und ist weiterzuempfehlen."

"The hotel is tucked away in Bergen, which is a very beautiful little high-end village near Alkmaar, The Netherlands. We stayed only for one night -- 17 hours to be precise -- as part of a larger group gathering. The group dinner was held at the hotel, and it was outstanding and highly recommended. Staff are nice. We had booked a room for two persons. Our room clean and with two windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard, but it was rather small -- about two feet on one side of a queen-size bed and a three-feet-band passage on the other sides -- with rather minimalistic furnishings and space. We had no room and place to put our luggage or unpack the immediate necessities. If we stay there again, we will definitely urge for a larger room. "
