"Rooms were good for the price paid, checking was quick, very nice & helpful people. Only drawback was Expedia on website states free transportation to & from airport but the hotel provides only one way free and charges $25 for return which actually covers the cost of both ways, so it’s not free. But besides this everything is good about this hotel. It’s right across from pyramids so the view is top good. Hospitality is superb."

"The South Tower is very old and room is very small. The next day I switch to north tower which is part of my Viking cruise. it is completely different. More upscale and roomier. I wish I know it before I booked. I still have two more nights after finishing my Viking tour. I will talk to front desk and hopefully I can find a way to stay in North Tower instead of South Tower."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
An absolutely spectacular stay! We originally chose this hotel for the incredible view of the Pyramids, but what made our experience truly special was the people. Everyone treated us like family — so warm, loving, and welcoming.
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of veggies, different options, fresh bread, croissants, sweets, and desserts.
And the view… unforgettable. Waking up to the Pyramids, watching the sunrise, and seeing the Sphinx lit up at night was magical. ✨
The view...
