"It is a family owned motel and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Excellent and pretty location, close to Montour falls and Seneca lake. I wasn't happy with the breakfast choices (everything was sweet) but the lady at the front desk got us some wheat bread and butter spread from their home. Loved our stay."

"This is the first time we stayed at this motel. It was a last-minute decision. Believe me, years ago this place used to look like you were going to get murdered in it… But it was great. The rooms are updated. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked. The bathrooms were extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again. I believe my rate was about $70 for the night."

"I checked in past midnight, and the hotel was able to accommodate my late arrival without any issues. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, they even helped me find a wonderful Italian restaurant for dinner on my second night. The rooms were cozy, and comfortable, the bathrooms were also very clean. Breakfast was also good. Overall, the staff really made the stay feel welcoming, and I would definitely stay here again."
