"I gave this property a "Good" rating instead of an "Excellent" because the customer service was lacking. Our room was not ready at 4:30pm. We were offered a drink voucher and I had to remind the front desk that there were two of us in the room. When we did get into our room several items were missing. The ottoman that was supposed to accommodate our suitcases was not there. The hairdryer was also missing. The front desk did have someone bring these items but I felt that there was a real "Oh...

"The room we booked was “ out of order “ I ended up in a smaller room that couldn’t fit my family. We were told Expedia would be refunded. When checking out and asking for my Expedia refund I was told the manager will call you in the morning. That’s all. Just to leave and then be charged 900 dollars on the card that I used for deposit for a tiny room that I did not ask for. Really bad business."

"Reserved a Junior Suite with a king size bed and a couch/pull-out bed for 3 adults. The pull-out bed was awful, uncomfortable and unsleepable. There was a huge stain on one of the couch cushions (the side that was not visible, of course, until it was removed to set up the pull-out bed).
