"I suggest you avoid this hotel. It is poorly run and our “superior “room was barely big enough to turn around. We put a sign on our door saying please clean the room and no one ever cleaned it during the three days we were there. The receptionist at the front desk in the evening could not speak a word of English. Fair enough. We were in France. But we were in the heart of a big tourist area and he was unable to help people. Breakfast was €17 and nice selection. Hotel bar was excellent and good value for money. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel."

"Wasn’t allowed to check in until 3pm which is what it is but since my train arrived at 9am was very inconvenient that they couldn’t let me check in any earlier at say 12 or 1 or even 2 would have been more accommodating than come back at 3pm. The elevator up the room smelled and was very dirty and dingy. My room was not clean, there was hair on the bed, bathroom was just as dingy as the elevator, the bed had this weird wall mounted lamp that was literally over hanging the bed so had to make sure...

"Within a short walk from the Colmar train station. Rooms small but clean. AC worked nicely and can adjust. Nice hot water in the shower. Breakfast very nice selection. Can walk to the beautiful city center. Enjoyed our stay very much."

"Nos asignaron una habitación en el 2do piso sin ascensor. Además el baño de la habitación estaba subiendo un piso más por una escalera de caracol de metal angosta. La verdad es que para nosotros que ya pasamos los 70 años de edad se nos complicó y no accedieron a cambiarnos de habitación. Nunca mencionaron en la reserva que había que subir 2 pisos por escalera y hay áreas del hotel que cuentan con ascensor. Una pena enfrentar esa sorpresa cuando uno está de vacaciones para descansar."
