"Very Poor Service and Cleanliness Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience. The hotel does not have a restaurant or kitchen, which was inconvenient, especially for travellers who expect basic food or dining facilities. The housekeeping service was also very poor. During cleaning, the staff only changed the bedsheets, and towels, without properly sweeping the floor or removing dirt and dust from the room. Left every rubbish behind. "I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Domaine de Divonne. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely polite and consistently went out of their way to be helpful. A couple of things to keep in mind: the apartment does not have air conditioning, and there are not many dining options nearby. We also booked a two-bedroom apartment, and unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work consistently outside the apartment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hospitality."
