"Very very outdated. The musty smell hits you hard. Went to go have a hot tub after a long 7 hr drive, the steps to get in were so slimy, that we passed on having g a hot tub.
Staff not friendly at all, we arrived an hour before check in(again after a very long drive) asked the front attendant if by chance we could check in early, we were met with.. check in is at 3 and then continued her conversation with a fellow coworker. $244 is a ridiculous amount to ask anyone to pay for the condition this...

"The mattress had a huge dip. We had a terrible sleep. Management unhelpful, said it was my responsibility to notify them from an old problem that was easy to see.
Its not customers’s responsibility to inform staff when they need to change a mattress!!!"
