"Room 606. Helpful and friendly staff. Great welcome. Cleaning crew were great. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast array were exceptional. We enjoyed the fruit section. We are removing one star for the dining experience. Seemed understaffed that time, it took about forty-five minutes for our server to come and get our order. "Hotel is perfectly located: 10min from the airport, 15min from the falls and 10min from the city centre. The rooms have been recently renovated and are comfortable. The swimming pool is perfect for the kids. Only think to improve on in the restaurant and the food. The food is average and expensive for Brazil. Would recommend you take an Uber to town. Other than that would recommend for a visit to the falls"

"Check-in was easy. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast had a large variety and was well stocked. The violinists on Friday morning was an added bonus. The restaurant is large. The Brazilian nuts on the buffet were delicious. The rooms are spacious. I like having a separate bedroom from the living area."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room however was not great. The sheets didn’t fit the bed (too small). The mattress didn’t have a mattress cover and was lumpy and smelled. Since the sheet didn’t fit the mattress, I kept ending up on the mattress itself. The pillows were lumpy. The bed didn’t have a blanket and the blanket in the closet was also too small for the bed. Breakfast was good. Lunch was decent. The rooms were downstairs and there was no ramp or elevator. I can’t walk...

"Room was well air conditioned but a little bit tired (small holes in sheets, thin towels, mildew stains on grout on shower, slightly damaged laminate flooring, etc- you get the idea). For the historic district it’s a very nice hotel and well located to see some of the best spots."
