"First time there. Will be back! A definite recommend if you are in the area to see the castles. Staff is very helpful and most speak English quite well. Each building is its own look, feel and room type. There are elevators but expect some walking and there are hills. Not like the hill to the castle (take the bus or horse carriage). Try it. Make your own opinion. I loved it. "

"Das Haus ist wunderschön in die tolle Berglandschaft eingebettet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Natursee. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Tag beginnt schon mit einem sehr reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet. Auch da Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen."

"This is a great boutique hotel with novel decor and comfortable beds. No service and self check in/out, although there was a young lady there when we checked in using the kiosk. It was good she was there because our credit card would not do touchless payment for the amount of the bill and she was able to use a chip card reader.
