Room showing some wear and tear - lighting very dim and annoying in the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was pretty hard and the most annoying thing was the bathroom light is motion activated with no option to turn it off - so at night it was too much for the eyes.

The availability of amenities -- opening the sauana and pool one hour before checkout when they close at 9pm (depsite restaurants being open past that nearby) -- was quite disappointing. As this was our primary reason for choosing this location. Please note that you should make dinner reservations ahead of time as well. That said, the staff, location, and breakfast were wonderful. I would caution anyone with a tight schedule to plan ahead if booking here but otherwise would come back.

Mycket spindelväv och många spindlar på balkongen så det var inte så trevligt att sitta där. Vi bodde ett par nätter och spindelväven städades inte bort under tiden vi bodde där. Annars bra hotell med härligt spa och mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal!

Leider stimmt die Beschreibung für Familien nicht - sehr ärgerlich Auch das Putzen/Aufräumen der Zimmer sehr spät und so bei schlechtem Wetter echt blöd. Auch das Frühstück bietet viel aber nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend ( kein Fisch, Sekt wenige Brotsorten bzw. keine Auffüllung)

I have been staying in this hotel regularly now for 18 months, in itself a good recommendation as I have stayed in most of the 4 star hotels in the area and always find myself coming back here, the staff are excellent, the rooms are brilliant and the hotel as a whole is a pleasure to stay in.

Beautiful location

Location is great. Stunning view of the lake and the Alps! Walking distance to many local restaurants. Parking was the only issue. There is a garage but there is only one way in and out.

ジュニアスイートに宿泊した。値段の割に施設はかなりカジュアルであった。日本の民宿に近い。ダイナースカードの番号をあらかじめ伝えていたにも関わらず、当日ダイナースでは支払いができないと言われて非常に困った。登録したカードで支払いができないなら、あらかじめ伝えるべきだと言ったところ、受付の女性は逆ギレのような態度。他のスタッフはとても親切であったので、残念であった。 ノイシュバンシュタイン城まで車で１５分で行けるので便利であった。駐車場は１０ユーロ／日。目の前は綺麗な湖があり、散歩するのに良い場所であった。

Ganz tolles Spätsommerwochenende am Hopfensee

Gute Lage am Hopfensee, Restaurantbereich und Bar sowie das Stüberl, waren den 4 Sternen entsprechend ausgestattet und gestaltet. Der Frühstücksbereich ebenso, bis auf den etwas engen Frühstücksbüffetbereich, war aber echt ok. Zimmer sauber, Upgrade mit Seeblick ohne Probleme zu einem wirklich sehr moderaten Aufpreis möglich. Der Wellnessbereich sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Whirlpool außen ein Traum, alles mit See-und Alpenblick - nicht zu toppen. Service und Personal im Haus immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, möchte ich gerne lobend erwähnen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
