"My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family! "

"We had a nice stay! I will especially emphasize how helpful the staff was when we, at the airport, discovered that we had forgotten a cell phone in our room. The staff located the phone immediately and had it driven to the airport for us in time for our flight. We are so grateful for this."

"The hotel is kind of next to the airport:) I was really worried when we arrived early morning with loud music welcoming us, but our room was quiet. Sonia at the restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed her sense of humour and she really looked out for us, as we tend to hang out by the pool and she arranges our drinks and food beautifully. The hotel is a bit far far from the city but everyone were friendly and helpful. "
