"The hotel was ok. The price must've strictly been based on location (which wasn't that great). Parking was absolutely horrible. My room still had the used washcloths from the previous guest. The room was mediocre at best. It's 2026...how do you not have a sofa, usb connections, and airport shuttle service for your guest. For close to $1K for 3 nights, Hilton left a lot to be desired."

"I arrived at 3:30pm yesterday and they informed me that the room is not ready and told to come back at night when they have an available room, then I arrived at 11:30pm, they told me that sorry the hotel is over booked and there’s no room for me, I stayed 3 hours with my family, kids on the street to find another hotel to just sleep, They ruined my stay, it was terrible staff, terrible management, and they don’t care about us and even didn’t make any effort to find another room in another hotel, I don’t recommend this hotel at all."

"If you like a place that is absolutely filthy and stinks, then this is the hotel for you. The entire property was in need of a good overhaul. When we checked in on Friday evening, there was a box of raisins spilled in the elevator. It was still there when we checked out Sunday morning. We will never stay there again."

"Pillows, sheets and towels still had hair on them. Holes in the ceilings. Most likely for hidden cameras. Towel rack missing in bathroom. Ice machine didn’t work. Others guests extremely loud and smoking weed in rooms. Although it’s a non smoking building. Staff did nothing to help. I’m not sure how this place got a 7.4 rating. Clearly it’s the owner and other people that live there giving the ratings. Horrible hotel and also in a horrible location"
