"After a long cold and rainy day on the Camino, Manuel picked us up in town. This was a life saver as we were so wet and cold from the walk. Upon arrival there was a welcoming fire and coffee and cookies. We felt right at home. We were the only guest so we were able to enjoy the family room by the fire all evening. "Very helpful at check-in. Room was a good size, a/c worked well and plenty of light in the bathroom. Complementary water was a nice touch. Mattress on bed was very comfortable but the bed frame squeaked when either of us turned over, my only criticism, better bed frames needed. Breakfast was OK, warm food tended to be a bit tepid and scrambled eggs had a hard top on them due to standing under a heat lamp for too long. "The Hotel is just at the edge of town in Santiago. However, they offer a shuttle service to downtown every hour from 10 am to 8 PM. The hotel itself is great. We booked a villa and price was very good. Very roomy with a separate bedroom. Looks to be very new. Definitely recommend this Hotel."
