"The facility is dated. It has air conditioning but does not automatically adjust the air temperature in the room. The beds are not comfortable cheap mattress. The toilet was dripping tank after flashing basically noisy."

"The Oca hotel was ideally located for us as we had completed the El Camino two days prior and wanted to be a bit away from the busy part of Santiago but still with easy access to the train station and good restaurants. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Breakfast was the best we have had in two weeks of traveling."

Mein Fahrrad stand sicher in der Garage und es wurde sogar ein Taxi incl. Transport des Fahrrades zum Flughafen organisiert. Alles perfekt und 100 % prozentig zu empfehlen"

"Stayed here last minute for a family emergency and had a great stay. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and she quickly helped me fix any issues that came up. It was really nice that they can call a taxi for you to the airport, because Uber is not a thing here. The hotel itself seems like it caters to a younger crowd, with foosball and pool tables, student accommodation, TVs playing the World Cup games, and just overall trendy vibes. The air conditioning was nice to have for the week!"

"This hotel is just around the corner from the cathedral. It offers breakfast in the morning which is a great convenience. The property is clean and the staff is helpful. We had a delightful room with a double bed, sitting area, and desk. We were on the top floor so the ceiling was at a slant but the view was spectacular. You could open the ceiling window and see the cathedral at night. Amazing photo op."
