Cari Hotel di Northumberland

"Really spacious clean room. Bathroom a bit dated and shower not very warm. Great location and parking facilities. Cracking view of the river from the room. I got an email offering a deal on breakfast. On paying at reception I was told it didn’t include VAT for the breakfast which was extra which I thought was a bit misleading. Other than that nice stay."

"I enjoyed the bar and the serenity of the room"

"Well situated to train station, Eldon Square shopping centre, Grainger Market, Bigg Market’s bars and some nice restaurants a few minutes walk away. Room was decent although paint was peeling off the bathroom wall and some mould in the shower, so definitely needs a room refresh."

"All good"

"We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were refurbished and very clean. Staff were lovely and helpful and location was spot on, The Life Centre and the train station are minutes away!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location close to all Newcastle has to offer. Throughout our stay staff were kind, helpful and seemed happy to greet their guests. The room was comfortable and well maintained by cleaning staff with good quality toiletries. Coffee, tea, biscuits and cartons of water were replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with a large menu of cooked to order items which were well presented and of good quality. Breakfast staff worked extremley hard replenishing, clearing...

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, can’t fault it at all, Rooms clean and cleaned every day, bar and food in pub and pizza place attached very good. I had duck tacos and sweet potato fries twice that’s how good they were. Pizza was also good and very filling. Plenty of car parking, all staff were lovely and helpful."

"The hotel in general was excellent, with the large family room we had booked having 2 comfortable double beds. However, the evening food in the restaurant was not good at all, and the breakfast was mediocre at best."

"The room was good for what we wanted. Our only issue was that we were not told at check-in that we had to request our room to be cleaned after our 1st night"

"If you stay in the cottage the water is powered by a tank and therefore the hot water runs out and i therefore had to have a cold shower!!"

"Excellent customer services at Check in and throughout the stay. Great location, 2 minute walk from strain station. Really effective sound proofing and amazing breakfast choices, really good veg option. Would recommend."
