"The room was very nice and clean. I stayed one night. I had a ground floor room which had a sunken living room. There were 2 high steps up to the bed, bathroom and kitchen. The deck was nice with furniture. The kitchen had a 2 burner stove and small frig. Note that the reception desk has very limited hours and they do not answer the phone. Keys are left or you. "If you're not a person who likes big resorts and looks for something a little more low key, The Hideaway is it. Beautiful, well-kept grounds. The room was fresh and clean. The pool and pavilion are in the middle of the cottages, and the beach is literally right outside the gate. My first day there, I had the entire beach to myself (beach is very nice and clean). "The property was in very poor condition. There was a broken refrigerator on the back patio with the door still attached. Very dangerous for small children. There were bugs crawling all over the furniture. We would have left the property had it not been for the fact that it was just a overnight stay before heading to the airport.
