"Accommodation was nice, clean and as described. Whilst the property is starting to show its age, for the price paid it presented good value for money.
Just over 1km from Koa Lu Old town, it is practical and a good base to explore the Jinh Binh region.
We preferred staying here rather than the super touristy Tam Coc"

"Our hotel experience didn’t start off great. After 9 hours of travel, we arrived really excited,mainly because we had booked this resort for the rooftop pool. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the pool would be closed for 10 days, which was a big disappointment, especially considering the price we paid. It would have been helpful if this had been clearly stated on Expedia beforehand.

"good pool but the gym and pool hours end too early at 7 pm or 8 pm. No pool towels even at noon. Breakfast staff for pho and egg station leaves the station an hour before breakfast ends. Pho soup is better than some street vendors. Room is a bit outdated with wall cracks but the room is still big with updated bathrooms. "

"The room was fine the bathroom was very small. The staff were friendly. The breakfast should have been better. The thing that I liked the least though was that there was no elevator I do not recall reading that on the website or I likely would not have booked there.
