"The hotel double booked. I had a confirmation from Expedia which the hotel didn’t honor . The hotel staff knew they double booked the day before but did not bother to call me. After a full day of travel I had to find other accommodations. I booked months ahead ."

"The first room we were given has no carpet and there was evidence of insect activity (bedbugs) on the corners of the mattress pad. When we complained they immediately gave us a different room. That room was okay, but the carpet hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. We will not stay there again."

"Spent 6 nights at hotel. I interacted with several of the front desk staff and every one of them was excellent. Went over the top with questions, helped provide everything I asked for and was very friendly. No complaints about staff - 10/10. Only complaint was it seemed every ice maker was out of service but I’m sure they were trying to resolve that issue."

"The room was immaculate. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast could have been warmer but tasted good . The coffee was excellent! Great experience."

"The property is enormous and the exterior is well maintained. There is a really nice picnic area that has grilles and a lot of tables for family seating. Our room was neat but the bathroom but the bathroom was very tiny. I think any issues we had were a result of the property just opening for the season."
