"Fantastic service, relaxing environment"

"Had a comfortable and luxurious stay here for our first three nights in Sri Lanka. Travelled in June which is off season / monsoonal however we barely saw any rain - sunbaked by the pool most days and was very relaxing to travel in the quiet season - at times had the whole pool and grounds to ourself. Buffet breakfast was incredible and had soooo many options. Grounds were beautifully maintained and the gym was perfect too"

"Beautiful lagoon-front self-contained hotel, room was spotless, staff the most courteous and helpful I’ve ever met. Lagoon tour (arranged by front desk) was peaceful, full of birds, Captain Rohan a fantastic guide to birds and wildlife. Transportation to Negombo is via tuktuk, driver Asim polite and exceptionally kind (provided tour of Negombo and a short errand for salt and Type G adapter for my travels, Amagi Aria has universal outlets but the rest of Sri Lanka has Type G). "This is an ideal place to reset your body — with Ayurvedic treatments, meals tailored to your body type, and yoga every morning and evening. Most people seemed to stay for 3–4 days, but I really recommend a longer stay. I stayed for 16 days and was able to fully detox and relax. The staff are all warm and kind. It might be a good idea to bring something to pass the time during those little in-between moments when you’re not sure what to do. You can easily go out for short trips of 2–3 hours...

"Det hyggeligste lille hotel med de sødeste og mest nærværende værter, der gerne hjælper med at arrangere ture. Personalet er også utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Vi havde 3 nætter og skulle det ske at vi kommer til Negombo igen, så vil vi bo på dette dejlige sted igen. Værelserne er fine til prisen og poolen er ren. Morgenmaden er okay Det er også muligt at købe frokost og aftensmad på stedet og maden er helt fantastisk."

"Lovely spacious apartment with nice sea view. Staff very helpful allowing us a much later checkout- nice and close to nearby cafes etc and right on the beach."

"Very nice and quiet resort with an awesome pool, 10 minutes walk to the beach area.The rooms were very nice but could be perfect with some more maintenance. The AC was very loud. The Wifi was very good. Meals were very good but a little bit expansive comparing with the restaurants around. We did not use the Ayurvera possibilties but heard that the service is excellent."

"I really enjoyed how relaxed the Camelot Beach Hotel was. The staff were all very friendly, the room was comfortable and the restaurant had a nice buffet. Of course the beach was lovely, this was a great place to stay at the end of my trip to Sri Lanka - it was nice to have some relaxing walks on the beach prior to me long journey home :) I would definitely stay here again."
