"Good hotel for staying at Mandalay, location is okay, and easy to get driver to everywhere. Restaurant in hotel is good and many other options nearby. Good beds, very clean, good pool, basic gym. Cant ask anything more for this price. Superb!"

"A quiet ten-day escape from the city, with lots of beach walking, some sea and pool swimming, delicious dining, and great service from the staff. "This guesthouse was very nice and comfortable. The wifi was limited to the reception area, which was disappointing. Breakfast was limited in options - no fruit or yoghurt, only white bread, fried eggs only that were very undercooked. There were plenty of more traditional local options however. Bicycle hire was convenient for visiting the temples, but the bikes were in poor repair and quite uncomfortable to ride, but at least they worked. Staff were helpful and friendly and helped me with booking...
