"The hotel has a great location and is easily accessible to downtown, which makes getting around very convenient. The pricing is excellent and very affordable, offering strong value for money. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, with a wide variety of options and very good taste. The staff are friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, which adds a warm and welcoming touch to the stay. The bedding is comfortable, and the room is clean by Myanmar standards. There is some room for improvement if compared to international standards, but overall the experience is very positive when considering the price point.
