"This is a former palace. The rooms are a huge and comfortable. The entire place is an oasis. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It’s located in the Medina of Fes and calling it a labyrinth would be an understatement. Upon our checkout they kindly carried our bags through this maze and hailed a taxi - and negotiated with the driver (a must do) to get us to the train station. The morning breakfasts were massive, just when you think they could not get more plates on the table they come...

"Everything is an extra charge. The room has not had the carpets cleaned in many years. On the website they claim bars and restraunts. This is a "dry" hotel. We looked at the dinner buffet. I wouldn't feed that to a starving dog. We ordered from menu. My sauted mushroom burger with au ju had no mushrooms no au ju. Was smothered in BBQ sauce. My husbands chicken club had no chicken. At $45. This place is horrible. Check in is at 3pm. Our room wasn't ready until 4pm. The location is not...

"As someone fortunate enough to have traveled for most of my life, I can easily say this is one of the finest places I have ever stayed. The moment you step through the door of this beautifully restored 17th-century Riad, the noise of the city completely fades away into an atmosphere of timeless opulence, history, and style. Our room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and rich with original architectural details. The staff were exceptional—especially the owner, who personally gave us a private tour...

"I had a wonderful stay at Riad Nashira & Spa. The riad is peaceful and beautifully kept, and the staff were warm, friendly and helpful throughout. I stayed in the Comfort Room, which was comfortable, clean and relaxing, a lovely place to come back to after exploring. I enjoyed a traditional hammam, followed by a massage, which was the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast offered a great choice of local Moroccan dishes or international options, and the traditional Moroccan tea was amazing. I also...
