I stayed at Riad Karmela during my time in Marrakech and couldn’t have chosen a better base. From arrival to departure, I felt genuinely cared for — not as a booking, but as a person.

"Everything in the riad was top notch. Only had one issue with one of the staff member. Hassan was overly friendly and gained our trust. He then connected us with a taxi driver who scammed us. the rate was decided ahead of time but after the trip he was asking for triple the amount. He also took us to a shop that scammed us and overcharged us. When we returned to our riad, Hassan was no where to be found. He knew he did us dirty and hid from us. "This hotel is stunning and tastefully done. The owners put a lot of thought into making a stay at the Euphoriad a very special experience. I had the ground floor suite which was comfortable and beautifully decorated (I think there may be some non suite rooms that are quite basic so ask). The common areas are equally beautiful.
