"Magnifique Hotel, tout le monde est super sympa rien à redire. Les chambres sont magnifique et très spacieuses. Juste dommage que le spa / hammam soit payant en supplément quand on paye aussi cher un hôtel ( c’est la même chose dans tous les hôtels 5 étoiles et palaces, je sais bien mais je le précise quand même ). C’est pour cela que je mets quand même la note de 5/5. Merci pour tout 😊 "

"Cet hôtel est à éviter , les équipements sont très vieux , au restaurant on m a proposé une table non dressée et non fonctionnelle , le personnel ne parle pas suffisamment bien français pour être compris .
Le ménage de la chambre est fait très tardivement
À éviter absolument . "

"Kenzie was an absolute dream. We had a long journey and my son was not feeling well when we arrived. The manager at Kenzie treated us like family. He offered us early check in. He made sure my family and I were well take. Care of. I honestly feel like we wouldn’t have Siri Ed the trip without him. Thank you so much for your compassion and hospitality. "We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a senior suite at no extra charge with an excellent view of the port. It was a great room with the only issues being not enough lighting in the bathroom and poor drainage in the shower. The shower head flow was excellent but we had to cut back the flow to avoid overflowing the shower basin. Also, the breakfast is excellent with a great view of the water."
