"I had an exceptional stay at this riad in Marrakesh and highly recommend it, especially for female solo travellers. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Medina, yet peaceful, safe, and easy to access. Everything you need, from restaurants and shops to tours and attractions, is just steps away. The staff were truly amazing: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and safe, which made all the difference when travelling alone. The riad itself is beautiful, clean, and full of charm. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay and would absolutely return on my next trip to Marrakesh. "I finally found the piece of paper with names of people to thank at the front desk. I had a problem charging my phone and the following people actually lent me their own chargers for an hour or two: one time in the evening and one time in the morning. Thanks to Mohammed (and Yasmine) and Abderrahmane! Thanks again to the terrific front desk staff! You help me a lot with the lending of the phone charger and you and me feel welcomed at the hotel. The only issues that I did not know about is that there was no heating in the room, only cooling. And I missed the information about the airport shuttle location -- but I finally found it and it was a terrific easy service to get to the hotel from the airport. Overall, it was a great place to stay. "
